About the Speaker:
Vivienne holds a MS (Master’s degree in Biology and Nutrition) a licensed /Certified CDN (Certified Dietitian Nutritionist). Supplementing her practice as a CHT (Certified hypnotherapist). With over 20 years of Nutrition Consulting. With offices in both Rye and The Bronx, New York. Including a successful Italian restaurant (Vinoteca) in Connecticut. She is currently a college professor and leads nutrition and health groups at a substance abuse rehabilitation center. She is passionate about nutrition and works with client online. Her first cookbook was released in November of 2020.
