This recovery center is hands down the best in every way possible. I recommend it to anyone that is trying to get clean. They make sure that you are given the right tools to stay on the right path. Melissa gets shit done! Bobbie, Stephanie, Ryan, Angelina, Adam, Brian, Rockstar, all of the nurses, any BHT staff that I missed and the Nurse Practitioners! All of you are amazing and helped me get through my struggle comfortably! Love all you guys 🙂

One of the best rehabs I have ever been too! They truly care about us addicts very much! The nurses are great, especially Jay, he really does his thing and actually cares about our well being. All the staff at The Recovery Village were very thorough and knowledgeable. They provided in depth assessments on every aspect of my needs, physical, mental health, emotional. The BHTs, Case Managers, Therapists, Medical, and Nursing all made the experience personal. In a time of my great need, they provided a balanced paced roadmap to recovery program, allowing me to focus on myself. I must also compliment all the Food service staff for providing excellent meals and service, with options to allow me proper nutrition. In addition there was options for activities in my free time, a gym, art room, musical instruments. All together Great Experience. Thank You TRV!

There were grave discrepancies between things that were offered on the brochures, versus reality. It would be to their benefit to update their website and brochures so that people know what to expect.

Recovery Village is a great place to get started on your Recovery Journey.I didn't come here for the top notch catering,or the state of the art gym.I came here because I was told this was a great place to get a head start .All the staff are beyond qualified . I definitely want to thank Michelle for being the first person to welcome me . To wrap it up I definitely want to thank Dave and Melissa for ALWAYS going out of their way to make us feel comfortable so yes I definitely would recommend it.

After admitting myself and in hopes of regaining control over my prescription medications, as well as substance abuse and TRAUMA.. I quickly found that EVERYTHING that I found to be 'wrong' with the daily activities, was indeed a direct reflection on what was wrong with me! And so, by following a strict 'seemingly manatnamous' schedule, I began to heal mentally, physically and spiritually! By learning to be comfortable with 'being uncomfortable' and NOT IN CONTROL! New neuropathways were created, enforced and then reinforced! It's my belief that ALCOHOLISM was but a mere symptom of what disengaged me from my authenticity, a shared reality and a sense of purpose! Today, with boundaries I'm freer to explore personal relationships, personal limits and my authentic self! Today my nervous system is no longer hampered with self crippling self doubt and anxious energy nor anger! No words can properly relay the amount of gratitude and love I have for the ENTIRE staff at The Recovery Village Umatilla!

I was looking for a rehab that could teach me skills /tools to help me cope with life, that didn’t involve substance abuse. I liked the reviews that I had seen about The Recovery Village so I called for information. Jonathan was amazing on all of his advice and follow-ups with me, before I was admitted. When I got there, the staff was amazing. I was a bit apprehensive about what it would be like, but I was pleasantly surprised. The facility is clean, the food is awesome, the therapists annd staff are very helpful, and the groups are very informative. I have opted for additional outpatient therapy when I leave, but I’m feeling very positive about my recovery. I would highly recommend this facility for rehab.

I spent one week in detox for alcoholism and one week in residential rehab. I would have stayed longer however my insurance ran out. There is plenty to do to stay busy and I met some great people.
The staff is excellent! They really seemed to care. The room accommodations were comfortable, the food is better than I expected, and I felt safe and secure the entire two weeks.
They allow smoking if you are a smoker and have enough breaks and free time to socialize.
Melissa BHT, Sage, Stephanie, David, and Ros were all fantastic. I would recommend TRV Umatilla to anyone needing help.
