“There is no way to exaggerate the scope of how dramatically my life has changed since receiving treatment at TRV. I live a life free from the cold shackles of addiction in a way that was desperately unimaginable prior to my being introduced to this new way of life. At TRV, I was given tools I could use to manage the issues I used to fruitlessly try to bury in drugs and alcohol.”

Ed Hobson, The Recovery Village Umatilla Alumni

Medical detox programming is the first step toward healing from addiction and cleanses the body of all traces of alcohol.

During inpatient treatment (also known as residential), clients who’ve completed detox can begin the work of recovery in a safe environment.

Partial hospitalization is a step down from intensive rehab like detox and inpatient care.

In outpatient programming, clients live at home or in a sober living home and commute to rehab during the week.

The Recovery Village Umatilla Reviews

The facilities were very clean and well organized. The staff were not only highly knowledgeable and energetic, but defined professionalism and positive support. I've recommended to others previously and will continue to moving forward for all of us in need of professional support.
What an amazing treatment facility.
The name says it all. Recovery.
I had problems with drugs and alcohol .
Everyone was very professional and caring from intake to discharge.
In my opinion it's all of the TRV staff that helped create the foundation to my recovery.
If you need recovery from drugs or alcohol and mental health, I am recommending The Recovery Village.
Also a special shout out to the kitchen staff, Matt, Kellie and Bobby. Food was delicious..
I spent about 3 weeks here in the mental health section and did not regret it. The staff, the food and the environment was outstanding. I was able to learn many life long lessons that I will carry my entire life. Recovery Village did an exceptional job helping me with my road to recovery. I would like to shout out all of the amazing chefs as well as the staff. Glenda, Nick, Dave, Kortni, Tammy, Rockstar and many more, you all are amazing people and I will never forget you guys. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their mental health, these people really do care and I thank them for coming to work with such caring and great attitudes. I was able to gain a lot of confidence in myself within those past 3 weeks which is something I thought I would never have. I thank you guys again!

Experience was amazing, I genuinely feel like I am leaving a family behind. Every place has its ups and downs. The great experience I’ve had, definitely outweighed the challenges faced as a first time client ever in recovery. I’ve learned a lot about recovery and what it means to have a community of people who are all and/or have been through the same struggle of addiction. I want to bring special attention to Melissa out BHT supervisor, she took special care of me through my entire stay making sure I had everything I needed and was always fair, honest, and extremely kind. Techs Brandon, Halle, and nurse Sherry were also a treat in my process to finding and establishing my recovery. Therapist Ms. Rita also deserves a mention for her kindness. All in all everyday I had a smile on my face and was able to take in all of the information received with grace knowing that I have been set for success for the next chapter of my life. Big thank you to the team at TRV and all of my peers for making this a memorable experience. Would recommend to friends/family which I have actually done already and that person is currently receiving treatment at the facility! Thank you for everything 🙂
I've never been in a recovery program so I didn't know what to expect. From the moment I got to Recovery Village I felt welcomed and respected. The staff members were able to more than meet my needs. I developed many friendships with other patients. My only complaint is that they did not have equine therapy as stated on their website.
I spent 38 days here and it went fast! I learned a lot about my disease although I've been in this program many times I feel very strong today and the first thing I'm going to do tomorrow when I leave here I'm going straight to a meeting I'm going to a sober house and I believe I can make this work. I'm very grateful to all the staff here miss Bobby , Melissa, and all the rest of the employees here I'll never forget my time here!!
Sincerely John Van
