Objectives:

  1. Help loved ones see where they are missing information including self care and recovery for themselves.
  2. Equip participants with a loving approach to setting boundaries and communicating in a positive way.
  3. Introduce them to making a proactive action plan for getting the help everyone needs.

About the Speaker:

Anne has a post master’s in Counseling and is a woman in Long Term Recovery. She has over 30 years of professional and lived experience supporting individuals and families on all sides of addictions and in recovery. In addition to her advanced degree, Anne holds many certifications and a highly skilled training and also is certified as a Connecticut Community For Addiction Recovery CCAR Coach and Trainer, Grief Recovery Method Counselor and NJ Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. Anne’s experience as Chief Navigator of a Narcan Response Team set the stage for her to find her niche to support and educate families dealing with addiction and focus on the gaps in resources and information. Equipping them with skills and knowledge, in order to empower them to make decisions for better outcomes in their family’s recovery. She is a master trainer and has developed and delivered family programs on the statewide and national level. Anne currently resides in Toms River, NJ and is fulfilling her life purpose as a Life Recovery Coach in her own private practice.
