Participants will engage in a guided speed journaling experience, in which they will reflect on past or current romantic relationships from a self- love perspective. In other words, understanding the way I love myself, helps me understand the way I love others.
Objectives:
- Participants will understand the role of self-love in relational dynamics
- Participants will learn the role self-fulfilling prophecy plays in their romantic relationships
- Participants will experience journaling as a powerful tool for reflection and insight
About the Speakers:
I am Genesis Games, a bilingual (English & Spanish) psychotherapist in Miami helping clients in all of Florida. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Qualified Supervisor, Gottman Trained Couples Therapist, and trained in Judy Weiser’s phototherapy techniques. I primarily work with millennials having difficulties with relationships, heartbreak, friendships, anxiety, and depression.
