She graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and has been involved in community mental health ever since. She became certified in Reality Therapy in 2017 and uses the techniques with a wide variety of clients. She has worked extensively in the substance use field including youth and adults, those with a comorbid mental health diagnosis, families, and those who have legal issues. She enjoys working to help other counselors grow, especially those who are new to the field or who are in their internship placement. She lives in Cincinnati with her husband and two cats.
